  • Two-way sync. Pull existing content from your CMS into RankUp, edit it, push it back. Your CMS stays the source of truth.

  • Conflict resolution. If something changes on the CMS side while you're editing in RankUp, you choose which version wins.

Introducing Lyra, your Content Manager Agent.

Tell Lyra what you want in your own words and she takes it from there. She finds the pages, decides what to do on each, and gets it done:

  • Roll out a brand or messaging change to every page that needs it

  • Mention a new product on pages where it fits

  • Clear a stack of audit items in one go

  • Pull GSC data, find pages losing traffic, suggest what to do

  • Edit your creative brief or add facts to your knowledge base, same chat

Review every edit. Stay in control. Each change shows up as a clean before-and-after suggestion. Accept it, reject it, or chat with Cedric, the writer who made it. Ask for a different angle, a new tone, a fresh take. Cedric still has the original task instructions in mind, so you don't have to re-explain anything.

Plus, she has 3 advanced workflows she can run for you:

  • Full Optimization. Lyra evaluates the content against SEO best practices, analyzes SERP features, compares against competitors, updates outdated data, and aligns the writing with your brand. Big rewrites where needed, small edits everywhere else.

  • Content Refresh. Analyzes what competitors cover and you don't and updates outdated data. Plus, you can add your own custom checklist for Lyra to review the content against.

  • Internal linking. Finds pages that should link to each other, then adds the links.

The work that used to sit in your backlog because there was no realistic way to get to it all, now actually gets done. The traffic gains you've been leaving on the table, you can actually go capture them.

Try it out in the "Content Audit" or "Content Writing" pages in your workspace.

RankUp’s keyword workflows now have a dedicated E-commerce mode, designed to give online stores deeper, more relevant keyword coverage across their product categories.

Rather than treating your website like a blog or information hub, this new mode tailors the workflow to e-commerce SEO, helping you surface the right terms for product pages and category collections.

Key capabilities:

  • E-commerce site type - On the /generate page, you can now select β€œE-commerce” as your site type.

  • Product/category prioritisation - Enter your most important products or categories in the input field, and the workflow will prioritise them with more in-depth keyword research.

  • Comprehensive topical maps - RankUp automatically maps out your full product catalogue and category hierarchy, ensuring coverage across your store.

  • Smarter keyword coverage - Extra rounds of keyword data fetching and processing give your top products/categories broader keyword opportunities and higher-quality insights.

  • Priority scoring - Categories you prioritise get boosted relevancy, making them stand out with stronger priority scores in your keyword list.

Who this is for:

  • E-commerce site owners who want structured topical coverage across their entire catalogue.

  • SEO specialists & content teams working with large product/category hierarchies.

  • Marketers looking to uncover long-tail opportunities around specific products.

How to use it:

  • Go to the generate page, select E-Commerce under Site Type, and enter the products or categories you want to prioritise in the input field.

  • Run the workflow. You’ll get a topical map and keyword results with enhanced coverage for your chosen items.

Coming soon: Category and Product Mapping in the UI

The workflow already maps out a detailed structure behind the scenes. Next, we’re working on making it visible in the app so you can work with it hands-on, including:

  • Visual hierarchy of categories, subcategories and product pages.

  • Landing pages paired with main target keyword(s) and search volume.

  • Clear relationships between product pages so you can plan content and link strategies visually.

This UI mapping will make it easier to turn keyword research into content and page-level action.
